Common Name  -  Yellow Face Pygmy or Cherub Angel   Scientific name -  Centropyge argi Appearance  - Dark metallic blue body with a yellow face. Size is generally small, ranging between 1 inch and 2 inches.  Location  -  From Bermuda throughout the Caribbean down to the east coast of Brazil Comments  -  Size can be misleading as this fish can be aggressive towards its tank mates. Would be a good choice as one of the a final additions to a tank, but due to its attractive sale price it is most hobbyists first introduction to dwarf angels. Once past acclimation this fish is very hardy and eats well. As with all centropyge it will feed on flake foods but will do much better on a variety of small bite-size frozen foods, such as mysis shrimp. These fish enjoy having access to hiding places, such as rocky or rubble bottoms. Tanks with live or decorative rock are great. Position the rock openly so as to create many passages. ...
