Also in the Aitinjo Lake, 20 km southeast of Ajamaru Lakes. Diet:will eat pretty much anything offered to it. Not picky in the slightest. However, like most rainbowfish, you should take care that there is some vegetable matter provided in the diet in the form of a good veggie flake and/or skinned green peas. it is said by some that bloodworms are bad for this particular fish Temperament:generally peaceful to all, but the male can be somewhat territorial to other male rainbowfish. however this only results in threat displays which are quite beautiful, very similar to the mating displays. I have never had a rainbowfish injured in any confrontation. Sexing: Breeding:egg scatterer.
