Q U E S T Newsletter of the Madison Aquarium Gardeners Club 9/6/03

NEXT MEETING: Thursday, September 25, 6:30 - 9:00 PM
Science House, 1645 Linden Drive, UW Campus

Sonderegger Science Center, Edgewood College aquarium

Will be good getting together again, after a summer hiatus.

Question: When you started out with planted aquariums, what opinions did you have about procedures and care routines? Through time, how have these notions and practices changed with you?

This is a rich topic, according to long time club member Mark Adams. He'll be guiding us along this path, when we meet on the 25th. Be there and bring your reflections on change.

http://fins.actwin.com/aquatic-plants/index.php > Aquatic Plants Mailing List offers a diverse array of Q&A about planted aquaria. If you value pointed anecdotal insights, you'll get a lot from this resource.

http://www.aquatic-gardeners.org/convention.html > AGA Annual Convention, November 14 - 16, Dallas, TX. Christel Kasselmann, renowned aquatic plant authority and author of Aquarium Plants is the keynote speaker.

I'm planning to go. Anyone else?

John
